When a student registers at Diaz College, it is understood that he/she is enrolling for the entire term. If he/she withdraws before the start of classes, the student will pay the amount of ₱500.00 as processing charges. He/She will be refunded of the down payment paid upon enrollment less the ₱500.00 processing fee. If he/she withdraws within the first week the student will be charged, 25% of the total account. If he/she withdraws within the second week of classes, the student will be charged 50% regardless of whether or not he/she actually attended classes. Full payment of all school fees is required if he/she withdraws anytime after the second week of classes.​
