SCHOOL SEAL

img-6

To every DCian, the school seal is an emblem of workmanship and commitment. Each symbol dedicates to the illustratrious mission-vision of the school.

The open book and lighted torch represent the moral obligation of the academic since its foundation in 1947, to educate every learner to be value and service-oriented citizen.

The inscribed DCian motto – STRIVE-SEEK-LEARN, challenges every DCian to strive for justice, seek for truth, and learn the virtues or morality.

The set of noble laurels symbolizes honor, great distinctions and meritocracy in every DCian endeavor.

The tree radiating rings stand for the great sentries of learning, the Head to think, the Heart to feel, and the Hand to do what is ordained by the Truth.

Diaz College Hymn
Words by: Jose E. Romero
Music by: Antonio C. Muñoz

On Tanjay’s placid river
By Tañon’s corralled shore
Diaz College stands forever
And calls youth to her door.
Diaz college stands a sentry
To guide our youth to learn
The love of God and country
The path of duty stern.

Chorus
Live on, Oh! Diaz College
And be a beacon light
Dispensing Virtue, Knowledge
And love of Truth and Right.
Repeat Chorus
