  1. The grand coronation night of Miss Diaz College 2025 was nothing short of spectacular — a celebration of beauty, intelligence, and empowerment.

The stage radiated with confidence as young women from various departments competed not only for the crown but for a cause: to embody the true spirit of a Diaz College student — passionate, purposeful, and empowered.

Emerging victorious and earning the prestigious title of Miss Diaz College 2025 was constestant #2 Abegail S. Vargas from the Education Department. Abegail’s exceptional performance throughout the competition captured both the judges’ and audience’s admiration. Her poise, eloquence, and advocacy for education as a tool for transformation resonated deeply, sealing her well-deserved victory.

She also dominated the Minor Awards, bagging Best in Production Number, Best in Playwear and Miss Print Master Choice Award, proving her consistency and excellence across all segments.

The competition was fierce and inspiring. #5 Eizen Kate C. Quitay from BSBA earned the title of First Runner-Up, captivating the audience with her wit and confidence. She also took home the Best in Talent award and the Miss Professionalism special award.

The Second Runner-Up title went to #3 Jhorabel D. Guzarem of Grade 12, who also bagged Best in Evening Gown, gracefully owning the stage with elegance and charm.

Completing the royal court was #7 Franciene Mae Villafranca from Grade 10, who was crowned Third Runner-Up and received multiple awards — Miss Congeniality, Best Speaker, and Miss Photogenic a testament to her personality and eloquence.

Other stunning candidates were also recognized for their distinct achievements:

  • Miss Administration 2025: #8 Princess Carlin B. Bustillo – G11
  • Miss Alumni 2025: #1 Rymah Solenn S. Duran – G9

Atty. Tara Angelique Real-Zerna, Chairman of the Board of Judges, is a proud alumna of Diaz College and a respected lawyer at the Public Attorney’s Office in Dumaguete City. Her remarkable career in law and women’s advocacy perfectly symbolized the empowerment this pageant stands for.

The judges’ panel included accomplished individuals from diverse fields:

  • Michelle McNelly, a Silliman University student and reigning Yagyag Festival Queen 2023 and Miss Siaton Fiesta Queen 2024, known for her advocacy for women’s empowerment.
  • Ashwerria Nicole Q. Buagas, a professional endorser and the 79th Miss Silliman Headline Girl, who advocates for financial literacy and leadership.
  • Gerald N. Abuyador, a pageant and fitness enthusiast, Hunk 2025 Kalumbuyan and Mr. Mabinay 2025, brought a dynamic male perspective to the judging table.
  • Michelle T. Oppliger, Miss Moalboal 2023 and Miss Silliman Eco-Ambassadress, represented the blend of beauty and intellect as a medical technology student.
